Please include two checks (one for$100 and one for$200). <br /> If applying for more than one activity, include additional checks totaling$300 plus complete an additional application for each <br /> activity. <br /> SUP in lieu of a CUA(SUPiICUA) <br /> $50 SUPiICUA APPLICATION FEE–non-refundable <br /> $100 SUPiICUA ADMINISTRATION FEE-refundable if a SUPiICUA is not awarded. <br /> These two SUPiICUA fees totaling$150 are due with your application. Please include two checks(one for$50 and one for <br /> $100). If applying for more than one activity, include additional checks totaling$150 plus complete an additional application <br /> for each activity. <br /> Some CUAs and SUPiICUAs require a monitoring fee and/or a reservation fee in accordance with the table below. All CUA groups are charged on a per-person basis.The entrance fee is$15 per client(no <br /> charge for paid guides and/or drivers, and anyone under 16 years of age). If any of your clients has an America the <br /> BeautifulTM Interagency pass(Annual/Senior/Military/Access/Volunteer/Every-Kid-in-a-ParkTM)with valid ID, <br /> entrance fees will be waived for the pass-holder and up to 3 additional adults—PROVIDED THEY ARE IN THE <br /> SAME VEHICLE, or for clients entering on bicycle or foot, THEY ENTER THE PARK SIMULTANEOUSLY.
