CUA holders have the option of converting a 5-night overnight trip to 5 additional day trips.This <br /> would leave 2 remaining overnight trips (two 5-night trips)and increase number of day trips from 10 <br /> trips per year to 15 trips per year. If CUA holders choose this option,they must communicate this to <br /> the park. <br /> 4. Due to limited parking, no more than 2 commercial vehicles can be parked at a trailhead at one <br /> time in the park(with the exception of the Paradise lower lot, Longmire and Sunrise parking lots). <br /> 5.The CUA holder is encouraged to comply with the guidelines of the US Public Health Service for <br /> Food, Potable Water, Human Waste, Vector-Borne and Zoonotic Diseases, and Illness Reporting in <br /> 5 SUPiICUAs backcountry operations(www.nps.gov/public_health/index.htm, click on"State Health Departments"). <br /> 6.Annual Reporting Requirements:All Annual Use Reports are due each year no later than July 15. <br /> Photography and Art 1. One group per week throughout the year per permit. <br /> Courses 2. No more than 12 groups per year. <br /> 3. 12 people per group maximum including guides/instructors. <br /> 20 CUAs 4. Five clients per guide/instructor(maximum) recommended. <br /> 5. May not obstruct the ability of other visitors to stay on trails or to use overlooks. <br /> 6.The CUA holder shall ensure that activity participants remain on designated trails at all times.Cross- <br /> country travel shall not occur. <br /> 7.Annual Reporting Requirements:All Annual Use Reports are due each year no later than November <br /> 5 SUPiICUAs 15. <br /> Bicycle Tours 1. There will be no course marking of any kind on any object including roadways, road surfaces,trees <br /> and rocks. <br /> 7. Cyclists will ride on the right, on the road shoulder,or in available pullouts to allow vehicles to pass. <br /> Cyclists will ride single file at all times.The CUA holder shall ensure that their clients and guides obey <br /> all traffic laws and ensure that alcoholic beverages are not consumed during cycling activities(including <br /> rest stops). <br /> 8.All bicycles must have reflectors(front and rear)for use in inclement weather and in tunnels. <br /> 9. Safety clothing is required and will consist of at least a brightly colored outer garment and helmet. <br /> 10. Only restrooms may be used for sanitation purposes. <br /> 11.The CUA holder hereby agrees to transport all group participants for each trip in no more than two <br /> vehicles within the Park and is required to provide a support vehicle to accompany the cyclists. <br /> 5 SUPiICUAs 12.
