KING COUNTY may terminate this Contract, in whole or in part, for any reason by <br /> delivering written notice sent certified mail to the City at the mailing addresses stated <br /> herein, at least thirty (30) days before the proposed termination date. If the County <br /> terminates this License Agreement no refund or partial refund of payment would be made <br /> upon termination notice for that Season. <br /> 8. NOTICE. For the purposes of this License Agreement, the Agreement <br /> Administrators are: Operations Superintendent(Mark Sadler) for the City, and Jake <br /> Finlinson, for KING COUNTY.Notices sent pursuant to this License Agreement shall <br /> be sent to the Agreement Administrators at the following addresses: <br /> CITY OF EVERETT <br /> Attn.: Operations Superintendent <br /> Everett Public Works <br /> 3200 Cedar St. <br /> Everett, Washington 98201 <br /> KING COUNTY <br /> Attn: Resource Recovery Biosolids Supervisor <br /> 201 S. Jackson St. <br /> MS: KSC-NR-0512 <br /> Seattle, Washington 98104-3855 <br /> 9. NO ASSIGNMENT. This License Agreement is personal to KING COUNTY and <br /> may not be transferred, assigned, conveyed, pledged, encumbered, or hypothecated. <br /> 10. COMPLIANCE WITH LAW. KING COUNTY shall comply with all applicable <br /> local, State, and Federal regulations and laws. <br /> 11. INSURANCE. KING COUNTY maintains a fully funded Self-Insurance program <br /> as defined in King County Code 4.12 for KING COUNTY's liabilities, including <br /> injuries to persons and damage to property. The City acknowledges, agrees, and <br /> understands that the KING COUNTY is self-funded for all of its liabilities, including <br /> Workers' Compensation. KING COUNTY agrees, at its own expense, to maintain, <br /> through its self-funded program, coverage for all of its liabilities under this License <br /> Agreement. KING COUNTY agrees to provide the City with at least 30 days prior <br /> written notice of any material change in KING COUNTY's self-funded program and <br /> will provide the City with a certificate of self-insurance as adequate proof of coverage. <br /> The City further acknowledges, agrees and understands that KING COUNTY does not <br /> purchase Commercial General Liability insurance and is a self-insured governmental <br /> Page 3 <br />
