The impact of lraffic generated by lhe proposed use on the aurrounding area, pedesWan <br /> circulation and public saFely; and the ability of ihe proponent to mitigate such potential <br /> impacts. <br /> Fndings: 'Ihe proposal will result in additional v�c typical to warehousing activities. The <br /> City is requiring the �eplacement of sidewalks along the proposal's frontage to meet pedestrian <br /> safety requiremenu. <br /> Conclusions: There will be no adverse traffic impacts generated by the proposal. <br /> 4. The provision of ndequate off-street parking, on�site circulalion, and site aocess. <br /> Fndings: A total of 3.l on-site spaces is required for the subject property. A minimum of <br /> 1.8 spaces is required for the existing electrical contractor's office and a minimum of 1.3 <br /> spaces required for the new warehouse. A total of 4 spaces is being provided off of t6e alley. <br /> 3 <br />
