December 12, 2018 <br /> RESOLUTION — 2018 SUPPLEMENTAL CDBG AND 2060 HOUSING <br /> TRUST FUND AND ANNUAL ACTION PLAN AMENDMENT <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Tuohy, to adopt Resolution No. 7321 concerning the 2018 <br /> Supplemental Community Development Block Grant and 2060 <br /> Housing Trust Fund reallocations and Annual Action Plan <br /> Amendment. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member <br /> Moore who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION — 2019 HUMAN NEEDS PRIORITIES AND 2019 HUMAN <br /> NEEDS GRANT FUNDING <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher, to adopt Resolution No. 7322 establishing Human Needs <br /> priorities for 2019 Human Needs grant funding. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council Member <br /> Moore who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL BILL 1811-61 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE establishing a Separation Incentive Program for <br /> eligible City of Everett employees <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Vogeli, that this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council <br /> Bill No. 1811-61. <br /> 406 <br />
