All concrete wall piers have been removed and replaced with a plywood <br /> shear wall system. After a peer review of Mitchell's concrete restraint <br /> panel design method, this revised plywood system was deemed more appropriate <br /> for this application. The re-submitted revised set of plans reflects this revised lateral <br /> restraint design. Mitchell Engineering has provided revised calculations <br /> and details to describe the revisions to ensure the proposed structure will <br /> be constructed in compliance with all adopted codes. <br /> 2. Sheet LP 1.0 ( landscape plan ) note has been revised to show full height conc wall <br /> with brick veneer matching detail 11 /S-1.0 and sheet and note on sheet A-3.0. <br /> 3. See revised plans and calculations describing the plywood shear wall system. <br /> 4. See revised plans and calculations describing the plywood shear wall system. <br /> 5.
