, y
Requirement#3- Source Control of Pollution
This project is simple, straight forward and short in duration. There are no pollutants on-
site that water must not come in contact with, except for sedimentation due to soil
erosion. The main source of stormwater will come into contact with the native soil. The
protections are noted above.
Requirement#4-Preservation of Drainage Systems and Outfall
The project will maintain and preserve the existing drainage path. The on-site stormwater
shall be collected and discharged to the existing CB system along Broadway the natural
drainage path downstream of the project site. Tight lining of downspouts and footing
drains will be utilized to route stormwater to the base of the site without causing erosion
or drainage impacts to the downstream neighboring properties.
UPSTREAM DRAINAGE
The site has no upstream drainage onto the property as the land slopes away from the
property.
DOWNSTREAM DRAINAGE
Stormwater runoff collects onsite and sheet flows to the existing CB on Broadway in the
curb gutter and sidewalk with storm drainage conveyance system. No impacts to the
downstream drainage system are anticipated with the development of Stadium Flowers
site.
Requirement#5-Onsite Stormwater Management
The project will provide tightlined connections at all downspouts locations. A solid 6"
PVC pipe will direct runoff from the downspouts to the existing catch basin found in the
Broadway R/W. No flooding or erosion impacts are anticipated with the development of
this site.
OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE
Maintenance of the downspouts and conveyance system should be on a yearly basis.
Pipes and yard/or catch basins that have more than 2 inches of sediment should be
cleaned regularly.
