(3rd and <br /> final reading on 1-9-18). <br /> PROPOSED ACTION ITEMS: <br /> (5) CB 1812-68- 2nd Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance creating a Special Improvement <br /> Project entitled "Small Capital Projects" Fund 354, Program 059, for small capital projects. (3rd <br /> and final reading on 1-2-19). <br /> CONSENT: <br /> (6) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of <br /> $1,420,345.43 for the period of December 1, 2018 through December 7, 2018. <br /> (7) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with <br /> Perteet, Inc. for the design of the Everett Station — Park & Ride Expansion at no additional <br /> cost to the City. <br />
