GeoDesign observed that non-woven geotextile fabric had been laid out on top of the <br /> spalls and the rest of the over-excavated lot subgrade. GeoDesign observed that crews were in the process of backfilling <br /> the rest of the over-excavation with recycled concrete to bring up to planned foundation grade. <br /> Lot 225: <br /> GeoDesign observed that crews had placed non-woven geotextile fabric throughout the entire over-excavated lot subgrade. <br /> GeoDesign observed crews begin to backfill the lot with 2-inch railroad ballast to bring up to planned foundation grade. <br /> 4112;;;) <br /> eoDesign observed that crews backfilling the over-excavated lot subgrade with 2-inch railroad ballast to bring up to <br /> planned foundation grade. <br /> The contractor was notified of GeoDesign's observations prior to GeoDesign's departure from the site. Craig informed <br /> GeoDesign that crews plan to place all remaining backfill material in lifts and compact with a roller.
