(J2) is providing this letter to confirm repairs in accordance <br />with project specifications and details. The Scope of Repair and observations is limited to the ten (10) deck areas as <br />identified: A 302, B 301, B 304, C 304, D 201, E 304, F 201, G 303, J 201 and J 206. <br />J2 was retained by the VBTL Homeowner's Association to provide architectural and engineering details as <br />required to perform repairs at the previously identified deck areas. J2 performed periodic observations of the repair <br />process to ensure general compliance with the bid documents. <br />-- _ . ___ . . ---,. <br />__ _ _ <br />%" -- <br />� Based on our observations, the deck repairs performed by McLeod Construction, LLC are in general <br />compliance with the intent of the construction documents. As the inspections are periodic, not all elements of the <br />construction can be confirmed. The repairs were performed in a manner acceptable to J2 and the contractor as per, <br />the construction details.
