T6e aeed ot t6e nelghborhaod, dietrkt, or City tor a proposed epecial property <br /> use. <br /> Findings: Currently, the existing neighborhood area is not served by a Boys & Giris <br /> Cluti,faciliry. The addition of this faciliry will enhance the Boys &(3irls Club ability to <br /> provide community services in the immediete area and ovetall communiry. <br /> Conclusions: The proposed use provides a public benefit. <br /> 2. The edequecy of streets, utWtka ond pubUc aervices required to serve a proposed <br /> use. <br /> Findings: The existing school disvict site is already served by existing utilities that are <br /> adequate to support the new proposal. <br /> Conclusions: Adequate provisions for access, utilities and public services exist for the <br /> proposal. <br /> 3. The Impect of trafiic genereted by t6e propoeed uae on t6e snrroundlnQ area, <br /> pedestrian clrculaHon and pubik eafety; end fhe ebWty of the proponmt to <br /> midgate such potendal Impects. <br /> Findings: Tre�c will be generated by 3� employees during the day and the <br /> occasional drop-off and pick-up of a child viciting the center during the wak. <br /> Coaclusions: No adverse traffic impacts are anticipated as a result of the proposai. <br /> 4.
