The project will result in better reliability of our Exchange email system while reducing <br /> security threats received through email.Now that we are moving staff's email to exchange Online,we need to <br /> purchase the Office 365 Advanced Threat Protection licenses. <br /> • Windows 10 Advanced Threat Protection:Project ID 606 aligns with the strategic goal of improving security. <br /> Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection combines security features built into Windows 10 and <br /> Microsoft's cloud security analytics to provide threat intelligence on security attacks to clients.Now that we <br /> have rolled out Windows 10 Advanced Threat Protection,we need to purchase the licenses. <br /> • Consolidate City Training Systems:Project ID 594 aligns with the strategic goal of improving the City of <br /> Everett's ability to maintain multi-departmental applications. The project will result in a single Enterprise <br /> level Training Management System to track and deliver training Citywide.Additional Microsoft 365 licenses <br /> are required to provide each staff member a City login and email address to participate in training. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the purchase of Microsoft Licensing for three projects from SHE International Corp in the amount of <br /> $121,293.83 including Washington State sales tax. <br /> 19 <br />
