There are 13 40 horsepower <br /> Splash Aerators in the pond system and 5-300 horsepower pumps at the South End Pump Station. Power <br /> Load shifting will occur with some of this equipment during peak hours during the winter as designated by <br /> Operations staff at the plant to achieve reductions.No loss of plant treatment efficiencies will occur. Full <br /> compliance with the City's discharge permit during thistime period is expected. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Participation Agreement with PUD No. 1 of Snohomish County for City of <br /> Everett to receive a$15,000 energy efficiency incentin payment. <br />
