33. Execution in Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each <br /> of which shall constitute an original and all of which shall constitute one and the same <br /> Agreement. At the sole discretion of the City,the City may consent to the Contractor's signature on <br /> this Agreement being by email, fax,photocopy,pdf or other electronic means, in which case such <br /> Contractor signature will be deemed an original signature for all purposes.
