I ha a attached a markup to your Exhibit.The easement extension as indicated by us would likely be acceptable with the <br /> City.The property owner would need to be willing to sign the City of Everett standard easement form.We would also <br /> like to know if we would have any capacity issues with any proposed use of the sewer line.
