CITY <br /> MUSEUM TRANSFER AGREEMENT <br /> This Agreement is dated for reference purposes .2b/c' and is between the CITY OF <br /> EVERETT (the "City") and the EVERETT MUSEUM OF HISTORY (the "Museum"). <br /> BACKGROUND <br /> A. In accordance with the Everett Municipal Code, the City determined that the <br /> following are surplus: <br /> 2 printing presses <br /> 2 printing cabinets with contents <br /> 1 fire hydrant marketing artifact <br /> 2 pallets of Senator Jackson congressional records <br /> Misc. Archives <br /> (the "Items"). <br /> B. In accordance with Chapter 3.88 of the Everett Municipal Code, the City has <br /> determined to transfer the Items to the Museum. <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> The City and the Museum agree as follows: <br /> 1. The City transfers all of the City's right, title and interest in the Items to the <br /> Museum strictly AS-IS. This transfer includes transfer of any copyrights or trademarks the City <br /> may hold with respect to the Items, if any. The Items are the unrestricted property of the <br /> Museum. The Museum reserves the right to manage this property in accordance with its <br /> collections policy. Due to limited exhibition space and the Museum's policy of rotating exhibits <br /> and storage, the Museum does not guarantee exhibition of the Items. <br /> 2. This Agreement is the complete agreement of the parties regarding the Items <br /> and supersedes all other agreements, oral and written.
