The applicant will provide special inspection and reports for these issues and others to insure compliance with the Report and applicable building codes. 8. The applicant must request applicable City of Everett inspections for any of the under-slab utilities installed in conjunction with the foundations. 9. Install erosion control measures as determined by the Public Works Inspector, such as silt fence, straw bales, swales, or erosion blankets. 10.
