Maintain erosion control measures per City of Everett Standards/PW Inspector, and remove upon completion of the project prior to final approval of the permit. 7. Keep City streets clean at all times. No dirt, mud, rocks, or debris to be tracked onto roadway. 8. City of Everett Water Department crew to make all connections to City water main at owner/contractor's expense. This work to be under a separate permit to be purchased at the Permit Services Counter per a cost estimate by the Water Department. 9. As-builts of storm, sanitary sewer, and water systems will be required to be submitted to the PW Inspector per City Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development prior to final approval/close out of the permit. 10.
