Maintain erosion control measures per City of Everett Standards/PW Inspector, and remove upon completion of the <br /> project prior to final approval of the permit. <br /> 7. Keep City streets clean at all times. No dirt, mud, rocks, or debris to be tracked onto roadway. <br /> 8. City of Everett Water Department crew to make all connections to City water main at owner/contractor's expense. This <br /> work to be under a separate permit to be purchased at the Permit Services Counter per a cost estimate by the Water <br /> Department. <br /> 9. As-builts of storm, sanitary sewer, and water systems will be required to be submitted to the PW Inspector per City <br /> Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development prior to final approval/close out of the permit. <br /> 10.
