R. R. Right of Way, a distance of 1638.66 feet to the centerline of the existing elevated bridgeway deck and the True Point of Beginning of the herein described easement centerline; thence South 74°57'51" West, along the centerline of the existing elevated bridgeway deck, a distance of 478.49 feet to the Westerly right of way margin of the Burlington Northern Railroad Right of Way, as shown on that certain Record of Survey, as recorded under Auditor's File No. 9203315001, records of Snohomish County, Washington, and the Terminus of the herein described easement centerline. The herein described easement has an area of 23,925 square feet.
