No later than either (i) the first day of the first full monthly billing cycle following the kick-off <br /> workshop (if applicable), or (ii)when the END USER begins Action Item implementation. <br /> **To receive payment at the rate of$0.075 per kWh up to 70% of eligible implementation costs either year, <br /> all supporting invoices and internal labor hour records must be provided for that year. Otherwise, annual <br /> performance incentives will be paid at the $0.025 per kWh rate. <br /> The total incentives paid under this Agreement shall not exceed $95,000.00. <br />
