The Contract is amended to decrease 2016 HOME funding by $6,249.40 and to increase pre-2015 HOME funding by $6,249.40. The maximum consideration of this contract remains the same at $124,010. B. Approved Specific Terms and Conditions, Exhibit A-2, is replaced in its entirety and superseded with Exhibit A-3, attached. Exhibit A-2 is amended to reflect the change in 8.A. above and to extend the commitment date for pre-2015 funds to August 31, 2018. C. Approved Contract Budget, Exhibit C-2, is replaced in its entirety and superseded with Exhibit C-3, attached. Exhibit C-2 is amended to reflect the changes in 8.A. above.
