City of Everett Human Needs Grant <br /> January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018 <br /> Exhibit B <br /> Terms, Conditions and Projected Budget <br /> Organization: Snohomish County Legal Services <br /> Program: Civil Legal Aid to Low Income Everett Residents <br /> Will spend the funds received for the specific purposes of: <br /> Legal Aid to Low Income Everett Residents, who are disabled, elderly, youth, with limited English skills, or <br /> otherwise vulnerable and have legal needs that impact their ability to meet their daily needs for shelter and <br /> food, by assisting them in legal actions involving consumer, debtor-creditor, bankruptcy, or family law that will <br /> help them maintain a home and have adequate income to provide for themselves and their families.. <br /> For the purposes of this grant, a unit of service is defined as: One unit equals one hour of session time per <br /> client or one staff or attorney contact hour with client. <br /> Snohomish County Legal Services anticipates this grant will fund a total of 1293.55 units of service for <br /> (unduplicated count) 184 Everett residents each year(define period— month, quarter, etc.) <br /> Snohomish County Legal Services anticipates its budget for the year 1/1/2018 through 12/31/2018, by <br /> quarters, will be: <br /> First Qtr.
