The listed requirements are placed <br />in response to our review of this information: <br />AGENCIES WITH JURISDICTION Department of Ecology <br />MITIGATION OF ADVERSE IMPACTS BY SEPA <br />Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding <br />properties. (SEPA Earth, Land and Shoreline Use Policies.) <br />Contaminated soil and debris stockpiles shall be bermed and covered as <br />indicated in the proponenYs "Project Description Summary". A containment wall <br />shall be constructed as shown on Sheet C-2 on plans submitted. The method of <br />wall construction shall be approved by the City of Everett Public Works <br />Department with regards to the proximity of the City's sewer forcemain located <br />on this property. (SEPA Earth and Water Policies) <br />If the proposed fill is intended to support structures at a later date, the fill shall be <br />placed in accordance with the Uniform Building Code.
