The Everett Police Department must abide by certain rules in <br /> order to maintain the highest levels of security of this information: The Washington State Patrol requires all <br /> law enforcement agencies with access to CJIS information to sign an ACCESS User Acknowledgment. The <br /> City has entered into this agreement annually with the Washington State Patrol and will need to do so for <br /> 2019 and subsequent years. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the documents associated with the Washington State Patrol ACCESS User <br /> Acknowledgment for 2019 and all subsequent years. <br /> 85 <br />
