•' <br /> January 2, 2019 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 <br /> p.m., January 2, 2019, in the City Council Chambers of the William E. Moore <br /> Historic City Hall, Council President Roberts presiding. Upon roll call, it was <br /> found that Mayor Franklin and Council Members Roberts, Vogeli, Bader, <br /> Stonecipher, and Tuohy were present. Council Members Moore and <br /> Murphy were excused. <br /> Council Member Bader led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the December 19, 2018, City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed. Council Member Bader abstained from the vote. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin wished everyone a Happy New Year. <br /> • COUNCIL <br /> Council members wished everyone a Happy New Year. <br /> Council Member Vogeli stated that she received a compliment from a citizen <br /> regarding a police incident at a city park and thanked the Everett Police for <br /> their response. <br /> Council Member Tuohy announced the next Public Safety Subcommittee <br /> meeting is scheduled for January 9 at 5:15 p.m. <br /> President Robert stated that the next Council Retreat is scheduled for <br /> January 12 at 8 a.m., and the next General Government Subcommittee <br /> meeting is scheduled for January 16 at 5 p.m. <br /> President Roberts thanked the Mayor, fellow council members, Deb <br /> Williams and staff for the opportunity to serve as Council President for 2018. <br /> • <br /> 1 <br />
