January 9, 2019 <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> COUNCIL BILL 1812-69 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE amending the City's Criminal Code (Title 10 EMC) <br /> adopting State Law by reference for certain crimes, amending <br /> Ordinances 1145-85, 1360-87, 1521-88, 1567-89, 1825-91, 1974-93 <br /> and 2919-06, as amended <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher, seconded by Council Member <br /> Tuohy, that this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council <br /> Bill No. 1812-69, and the city clerk was directed to call the roll for the <br /> final disposition of the ordinance. <br /> AYES: Moore, Murphy, Vogeli, Bader, Stonecipher, Tuohy <br /> NAYS: None <br /> EXCUSED: Roberts <br /> Ordinance No. 3654-19 adopted. <br /> AGREEMENT — DOWNTOWN PARKING MANAGEMENT STUDY 2019 <br /> UPDATE <br /> Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Vogeli, to authorize the Mayor to sign the Professional Services <br /> Agreement for the Downtown Parking Management Study 2019 Update <br /> with Barney and Worth Inc. <br /> Ryan Sass, Public Works, provided a brief update, including a request by <br /> the Downtown Everett Association for the formation of a downtown parking <br /> task force. <br /> Dana Oliver, Downtown Everett Association, spoke in support of the parking <br /> study update project.
