The listed requirements are placed in response to our <br />review of this information: <br />MITIGATION OF ADVERSE IMPACTS BY SEPA <br />1. <br />2. <br />C! <br />My grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surcounding properties. <br />(SEPA Earth, Land and Shoreline Use Policies.) <br />Per Ciry redevelopment criteria, a wetpond meeting City standards for a 6 month, 24-hour <br />design storm will be required to treat pavement runoff from this site. (SEPA Water <br />Policies) <br />The applicant must provide a 50 foot driveway throat depth as per city standards (the plan <br />submitted does not meet this requirement and 4 parking stalls will be lost to meet the <br />requirement). (SEPA Transportation/Circulation Policies) <br />The Traffic Mitigation Ordinance requires a Transportation Demand Management fee for <br />mitigation of impacts on roadways which cannot feasibly be improved. For SE Everett <br />Mall Way this pro�ect requires a payment of $7,920 for T.D.M. No other off site traffic <br />impact fees ue required. (SEPA Transportation Policies) <br />A walkway from the main entry to the sidewalk on SE. Everett Mall Way must be <br />provided. (SEPA Transportation Policies) <br />
