follows the person. It is not necessary to establish that the alleged stalker follows the person <br /> while in transit from any location to another. <br /> 3. "Harass" means unlawful harassment as defined in RCW 10.14.020. <br /> 4. "Protective order"means any temporary or permanent court order prohibiting or <br /> limiting violence against, harassment of, contact or communication with, or physical proximity <br /> to another person. <br /> 5. "Repeatedly"means on two or more separate occasions. <br /> Stalking. <br /> RCW 9A.46.110 as currently enacted or later amended, is adopted by reference as if set forth in <br /> full herein. <br /> Section 4. Sections 1 and 3 of Ordinance No. 2919-06, as amended by Section 13 of Ordinance <br /> No. 3234-11 (EMC 10.22.060), which reads as follows: <br /> Violation of sexual assault protection order. <br /> Whenever a sexual assault protection order is issued under the Sexual Assault Protection Order <br /> Act, Chapter 7.90 RCW, a knowing violation of the order is punishable under Section 10.22.040. <br /> Be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Violation of sexual assault protection order. <br /> RCW 7.90.010, RCW 7.90.080, RCW 7.90.090(6), RCW 7.90.110(4), and RCW 7.90.150(7) as <br /> currently enacted or later amended, are adopted by reference as if set forth in full herein. <br /> Section 5. Section 3 of Ordinance No. 1567-89, as amended by Section 1 of Ordinance 3552-17 <br /> (EMC 10.24.140), which reads as follows: <br /> Patronizing a prostitute. <br /> A. A person is guilty of patronizing a prostitute if: <br /> 1. Pursuant to a prior understanding, he or she pays a fee to another person as <br /> compensation for such person or a third person having engaged in sexual conduct with him <br /> or her; or <br /> 2. He or she pays or agrees to pay a fee to another person pursuant to an understanding <br /> that in return therefor such person will engage in sexual conduct with him or her; or <br /> 3. He or she solicits or requests another person to engage in sexual conduct with him or <br /> her in return for a fee. <br /> B. The crime of patronizing a prostitute may be committed in more than one location. The crime <br /> is deemed to have been committed in any location in which the defendant commits any act under <br /> subsection A of this section that constitutes part of the crime.A person who sends a communication <br />
