At <br /> the appointed time, all bids will be opened and read aloud in the Public Hearing Room on the <br /> eighth floor of the Wall Street Building, Everett, WA. <br /> The Engineer's estimate for this Project is $5,000,000.00 <br /> 111 <br /> A pre-bid walk-through is scheduled at 10:00 a.m., September 27, 2018 and 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 <br /> a.m. September 28, 2018 on site at 9512 Evergreen Way, Everett, WA. Any interested bidders <br /> may attend.Any questions and/or answers that may affect the bid will be included in an addendum <br /> to the bid documents and sent to all the plan holders. <br /> Bid documents and performance plans and specifications may also be viewed or ordered on-line <br /> from Builders Exchange at http://www.bxwa.com.
