The sales tax on taxable items will be added to the total <br /> contract price of the successful bidder. <br /> ' 2. OVERHEAD AND PROFIT <br /> ' "Base Bid" includes overhead, profit, performance and payment bonds, and all other <br /> expenses involved whatsoever. <br /> ' 3.
