EXHIBIT A SCOPE OF WORK User Testing SOW Everett, WA ENGAGE Staff Meetings That Will Take Place During and After User Testing: • User testing introduction and planning meeting • Pilot test o Must be completed at least 1 weeks before user testing begins • Post engagement findings presentation o Will take place during the week following onsite user testing Deliverables Resulting from User Testing 2 Rounds of User Testing for both In-Person and Virtual Tests • In person user testing o Will take place in a one on one format with each test participant and the CivicPlus user testing expert. o Up to 4 user tests will take place each day during City business hours o Each user test will last up to one hour and will feature 20 questions for the test subject to work through in that time. • Virtual user testing o The first round of virtual user testing will open 48 hours before the first onsite user test begins and will close at 3 pm during day one of onsite user testing. o The second round of virtual user testing will open at 9 am during the second day of onsite user testing and will close 24 hours after it opens. o Each user test will feature 10 questions for the online participant to answer.Virtual tests will utilize the same test questions as the online test but will be spilt into A groups and B groups of questions. 2 Rounds of Site Corrections • The user testing expert will complete two rounds site corrections to address content and navigation issues uncovered by the in-person and virtual user tests. CivicPlus uses a minimum success criterion to determine which content and navigation will require changes and retesting. o The first round of site corrects will be tested and reevaluated in the second round of user testing. 1 User Testing Report • CivicPlus will provide question by question, round by round, key statistics in an organized report that will be presented to the City's Core Team in the week following the user testing engagement.
