Ted de Budden
From: Ted de Budden
Sent: Monday, October 10, 2016 4:53 PM
To: Kevin Fagerstrom
Subject: RE:7009 Beverly Boulevard
Kevin,
I visited the site to check the concerns here this afternoon.
The owner, Robert Kaufman (425) 2317268 showed me the newly installed tent structure and the smaller existing
accessory structure.
The smaller structure appears to have been constructed many decades ago due to the older materials observed in its
composition.
I requested that Mr. Kaufman obtain an electrical permit and inspections for the equipment serving this structure.
The newly installed tent structure may require permitting or removal. I asked Mr. Kaufman to contact the planning
department to determine what is allowed regarding this structure. If it cannot be allowed he agreed to remove it.
Ted
Original Message
From: Kevin Fagerstrom
Sent: Monday, October 10,2016 10:17 AM
To:Steve Ingalsbe;Ted de Budden
Subject: 7009 Beverly Boulevard
Sirs,
We got a complaint about an illegal home based business here. Looking at the property, I find that he has 2 built
accessory buildings (one of which appears to be over 200'), both with power and a newly installed tent structure. I find
no permits for any of this.Would you please have a look and let me know your findings.
Thanks, Kevin
1
