Aim' <br /> REVI1 18-009 <br /> July 31,2018 <br /> The City of Everett Planning Director grants APPROVAL of an electric fence request by Electric <br /> Guard Dog LLC to construct a low-voltage security fence 10-ft in height inside the existing <br /> perimeter fence located at Fleet Service Auto & Truck Repair, 7511 Beverly Blvd, Everett, WA <br /> 98203. <br /> The following condition shall apply: <br /> 1. The electric fence shall be installed interior to a nonelectric perimeter barrier not less than six <br /> feet in height. Any change to the design, height, or location of the approved electric fence except <br /> as established herein requires Planning Director approval. <br /> 2. Construction permits, inspections, and approvals must be obtained for the fence in accordance <br /> with established building code requirements. <br /> The Planning Director's determination may be appealed to the City's Land Use Hearing Examiner. <br /> An appeal must be filed with the City within 14 calendar days of the date specified below. If you <br /> have questions regarding this proposal or if you wish to file an appeal, please contact Teresa <br /> Weldon at 425.257.8731 or tweldon@everettwa.gov. <br /> If a complete application has not been filed for a building permit or equivalent construction permit <br /> within eighteen (18) months from the approval date. of this decision, the permit shall be deemed <br /> terminated, unless an extension is granted. The lot line dimensions on the site plan need to be revised to match the plat map lot line <br /> dimensions prior to building permit submittal. Show the location of the existing and proposed <br /> fence in relationship to the lot lines. <br /> 2. EMC 19.39.070.6 prohibits fences from locating between the public street and the building <br /> unless required for screen purposes.
