To discuss minimum requirements, please contact me at mhaleyPeverettwa.gov or 425- <br /> 257-8813. A new permit application and two sets of drawings should be submitted in a timely <br /> manner such that the permit can be issued within 90 days of the date of this letter, no later <br /> than July 22, 2016. Final inspections must occur within 180 days of the issuance of the permit. <br /> All required submittals must be of sufficient detail and information to ensure that the proposed <br /> structure will be restored to its original permit configurations, or updated to be in compliance <br /> with current adopted codes. Please note that federal ADA, FHA, and Fair Housing Accessibility <br /> Guidelines and regulations may be more restrictive. Compliance with these regulations is the <br /> responsibility of the owner of the building. <br /> These comments address building issues only.
