Additional revisions or additions may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br /> (2009 International Building Code,) (2009 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br /> State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 2009 Edition, and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br /> provide the Building Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br /> corrections requested. <br /> 1. Below grade walls and exterior walls are required to be insulated to minimum R-21, <br /> floors to minimum R-30. <br /> 2. Provide lateral analysis for wind and seismic loading prepared by a licensed <br /> Washington State structural engineer. <br /> 3. Provide section at garage/basement; show all components, insulation, framing, etc. <br /> 4. Show all appliances in addition. If second kitchen is present a "multiple kitchen <br /> covenant" is required to be filed and recorded. <br /> 5. An interior stair case is required. Provide construction details and framing plans for <br /> the new stairs. Show stairs on the plan view of the new basement level and the <br /> existing lower (middle) level. <br /> 6. Remove reference(s) to"new dwelling"from plans. <br /> 7. Show how all portions of the crawl space are ventilated. <br /> 8.
