(Interwest) is providing this Change Order Proposal (COP) as <br /> requested to add drip holes to the bridge per Request For Proposal (RFP) 004 as update June 5th, <br /> 2018. <br /> Interwest proposes to provide additional labor,equipment,and materials as detailed below to <br /> address the added work requested: <br /> • Provide additional drip holes on the east side of the bottom chord joints per RFP detail <br /> dated 5/29/2018. <br /> Interwest's proposed price includes the following clarifications: <br /> • This proposal does not address the added 33 x 4 box beam. <br /> o Interwest is currently awaiting vendor pricing on the remaining portion of RFP <br /> 004 to add a 33 x 4 box beam and will submit that separately.
