I have yet to receive a response from any emails I have sent you other than the automatic reply that you have received them. In this letter I would like to address some needed repairs on this property and the anti-harassment order we were granted against Jesus Garcia Ochoa of trailer 45. The no-contact order is specific to this address-1031 N. Broadway, #44, Everett, WA 98201. It protects myself and my daughter against the harassment of Jesus Garcia Ochoa on this property. There are several repairs that need to be done and the Candlewood office has been aware of them for some time. We will need to be here when any repairs happen ifthey do happen, because we are the only ones with the keys. I do not want 'Greg' here at all. Regarding the repairs needed here: 1. the plug/light switch above the kitchen counter stays hot and when something is plugged in the cord and plug become very hot. It has been that way since we moved in. 'Greg' said to be sure to get renter's insurance in case of fire.
