SEA DT Everett—17015.270 November 15,2017 <br /> Structural Analysis Report Page 1 <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> CG Engineering was retained by Camp&Associates(Client)to provide structural analysis of the existing <br /> structure for the site modifications proposed by Verizon. <br /> The structural analysis completed,by CG Engineering was inclusive of the structural elements that were <br /> affected by the addition of equipment and antennas associated with the proposed Verizon site <br /> modifications. Where applicable,this includes the antenna and equipment support structure and <br /> affected portions of the existing main structure. <br /> SITE DESCRIPTION <br /> The appurtenances are mounted to an existing building rooftop with an overall height of 112'. The <br /> equipment is located inside the building. <br /> The Client provided us with architectural drawings for an antenna installation dated 2009,as well as a <br /> structural analysis for a previous modification dated 7/29/2008.The client also provided us with <br /> structural drawings dated 02/02/1981. Architectural plans were also provided for the proposed <br /> revisions.All geometry,member sizes,and material strengths used in our analysis were based on this <br /> information. If anything differs from the information contained in these documents,CG Engineering <br /> should be notified to revise our analysis. <br /> APPURTENANCE CONFIGURATION <br /> The structure was analyzed using the appurtenance configuration specified in the following table. All <br /> loading was provided to us from the Client.
