There is somebody living in it and has a <br /> with as much detail as stove pipe coming out of it. Also, it's right above the future city <br /> possible. alley...and it's right above the sewer line. Due to it's location I <br /> don't think it's a permitted structure. You can't build a structure <br /> on the city alleyway or above a sewer line?! There is also a <br /> shed built back there. Also, the guy burns things back there <br /> and there's a fire ban in effect! I see smoke coming from that <br /> area, and I've called the fire department about it, but I don't <br /> think they've done anything about it. I have noticed the guy <br /> access this structure from 47th st se....you drive on colby, then <br /> head east on 47th st se, then you will quickly come to a dead <br /> end, and to the left you will see a brown electric fence/gate that <br /> is blocking the driveway/parking area. The structure is behind <br /> the fence/gate. It is brown with a green metal roof. <br /> PLEASE review entry above before submitting.
