Please note that other departments will need to review the proposed construction <br /> drawings through the appropriate permit submittals for compliance with other City codes and <br /> standards. <br /> DECISION: The proposal is APPROVED subject to the following corrections: <br /> 1. EMC 19.22.020.D.5.d. requires the main public entrances of all buildings provide <br /> weather protection at least six feet in depth. The awning proposed around the building, <br /> which extends over the public entrances,is approximately 4.5' in depth.Please revise and <br /> show on plans. <br /> 2. EMC 19.22.020.D.6.a. requires ground floor facades to feature at least 3 architectural <br /> elements from the list below.
