In late April 2015 I spoke to a Mr.Alkinani (more his friend Robert actually (translation help)after their TI work was held
pending permit issues. They had already started saw cutting. They had a floor plan but no drainage waste plan per se or
a GRS in plan.
We considered exempting mop sink connection but cleaning the Hobart(stand) mixer was unclear. Plan showed water
supply for it but no drain. Most tilt or have a drain to floor sink or trench drain). If so,we'd they to trap which must be
recessed in floor at that point, and include and size for mop sink as well as three comp, mixer. I never heard more from
anyone, didn't realize it's been that long.
Are there now new folks opening under the same business name?
Charles
X8224
From:Tony Lee
Sent: Monday,January 8, 2018 5:32 PM
To:Charles Johnstone<CJohnstone@everettwa.gov>
Subject: new bakery 607 SE Everett Mall Way,Suite 303
Hi Charles—
A new bakery is going in a space that has not been completely approved as a bakery before (Aboud's Pita King) meaning
the previous permits that were issued have expired and there is a different tenant proposed. Have you been approached
as to the grease removal requirements there?
Thanks,Tony
