It seems obvious the proposed revision is the correct course of action hydraulically and will also address your concerns by make a minimal change in project cost. I'm prepared to move ahead with getting your permit ready shortly after an acceptable revision is made and submitted. As always, I'm open to discussion. Best Regards and have a good evening.
