Compliance and required inspections per the Hearing Examiner's Decision (REVIII 14-001) have yet <br /> to be completed. Please see the attached expiration letters that include further information about your next steps. We <br /> will honor these permits if you call for inspections immediately. <br /> Furthermore,we've noticed that no electrical permits have been applied for under the building permit associated with <br /> the addition at 6408 Evergreen Way.
