In looking into it further, I have a couple of questions. It appears the garage being converted to home occupation business is over the size requirements for a home occupation permit(limited to 25%of the residence).Also,does the owner live on the premises? Please see the first two pages of the attached and have the owner confirm with me. I understand that the permit has been signed by the owner, but we will need direct confirmation.Submit confirmation information. Additionally,two parking spaces are required to be paved and shown on the site plan.Submit a revised site plan (or any revised plans if they change per these comments) at the Permit Services counter under plan check#CW1806-004.
