Please review and respond to the comments below. General 1. The proposed tenant space is a mattress store that is greater than 5,000 square feet. Washington State Amendment to Section 903.2.7 requires that the entire building be provided with an automatic sprinkler system. 2. The use of the existing rooms within the tenant space should be shown on the plans. Section 107.2.1 3. Any permit resubmittal should be prepared by an Architect licensed by the State of Washington. In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building Division with two new sets of revised construction documents reflecting the corrections requested. Please include a response letter which indicates how the corrections were resolved. All codes cited refer to the 2015 International Building Code (IBC), 2015 International Existing Building Code (IEBC), the 2015 International Fire Code (IFC), the 2015 International Mechanical Code (IMC), and the 2015 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC), as amended by the State of Washington and adopted by the City of Everett. The current IBC referenced standard for accessible design is the 2009 "Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities" (ICC/ANSI A117.1).
