Please review and <br /> respond to the comments below. <br /> General <br /> 1. The proposed tenant space is a mattress store that is greater than 5,000 square feet. <br /> Washington State Amendment to Section 903.2.7 requires that the entire building be <br /> provided with an automatic sprinkler system. <br /> 2. The use of the existing rooms within the tenant space should be shown on the plans. <br /> Section 107.2.1 <br /> 3. Any permit resubmittal should be prepared by an Architect licensed by the State of <br /> Washington. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the <br /> Building Division with two new sets of revised construction documents reflecting the corrections <br /> requested. Please include a response letter which indicates how the corrections were resolved. <br /> All codes cited refer to the 2015 International Building Code (IBC), 2015 International Existing <br /> Building Code (IEBC), the 2015 International Fire Code (IFC), the 2015 International Mechanical <br /> Code (IMC), and the 2015 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC), as amended by the State of <br /> Washington and adopted by the City of Everett. The current IBC referenced standard for <br /> accessible design is the 2009 "Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities" (ICC/ANSI <br /> A117.1). Federal ADA regulations and standards may be more restrictive. <br /> These comments address building issues only.
