This condition may be even more apparent in flat pan configurations,and is not a cause for rejection of the material.Asbestos removal is the responsibility of the owner. Foreign objects on the roof including,but not restricted to:TV dishes,solar panels,signs&etc.are the responsibility of owner.Skylights:Esary Roofing is not responsible for replacement of any old or homemade style skylights or damage resulting from removal or installing roofing near same. No other agreements or understandings,verbal or written,expressed or implied are a part of this agreement unless specified herein. PAYMENT TERMS: 50%of contract due upon signing(to lock in material pricing). REMAINING BALANCE: Due upon completion of lob. (Within 48 hours) A 1 1/2%Per Month(18%APR)late fee will be charged on all unpaid balances over 30 days. In event of default by buyer, buyer agrees to pay all costs of collection including reasonable attorney's fees in addition to other damages incurred by Contractor.
