The property zoning is B-3 Central Business District. <br /> In commercial zones, fences may not be located between any public street and the front <br /> of any building. <br /> The presence of a fence located between the public street and the front of the building, <br /> is not permitted in a commercial zone. This is a violation of Everett Municipal Code <br /> (EMC) 19.39.070 (B), which reads; <br /> EMC 19.39.070 (B) Fences <br /> B. Location. Fences shall not interfere with the vision clearance from public streets or alleys <br /> for corner lots as required in subsection C of this section. In commercial zones,fences may not <br /> be located between any public street and the front of any building unless required for screen <br /> purposes by Chapter 19.35. <br /> *** <br /> To resolve this matter you must: <br /> 1.
