By acceptance of a Contract for the work herein, <br /> Contractor waives all claims for payment of damages which include or are computed on total costs of job <br /> performance,extended overhead,or other similar methods which do not relate to the unit prices stated <br /> herein or are not specific as to actual,direct costs to the Contractor. Submittal of Bid constitutes acceptance of products and procedures specified. <br /> 14. BUSINESS LICENSE <br /> A City of Everett business license is required for the Contractor and subcontractors performing work on this <br /> project. All applicable fees and taxes shall be paid by the Contractor or subcontractor. The Contractor shall <br /> provide documentation of the City of Everett business license when the signed contracts are submitted to the <br /> City of Everett for approval and execution. <br /> 15.
