Therefore, a Special Property Use Permit is not <br />required as long as the proposed activity meets the following eriteria: <br />The facility does not provide a direct hospital elient service. <br />The activity is not a normal non-profit activity of the hospital <br />providing patient services. <br />The facility is open Lo the general public on a space available basis. <br />The use is consistent with other uses permitted outright in the zone. <br />If the use or aetivity should substantially deviate from the above conditions, <br />the City may require Providence Hospital to apply £or a Special Property Use <br />Permit for the activity. <br />Enclosed is your cheek for $150 and your application materials Which would be <br />of use should a Special Pruperty Use Permit be required in the future. <br />Sincerely, <br />DENNIS L.
