A site plan to scale shoaing: <br />a. location and dimensions of all buildings with setbacks from <br />property lines <br />b. -all off-street parking, aislexays and driveways aith <br />dimansions <br />2. As discussed at your meeting with Mary Cunningham and <br />Gary Doughty of this affice, the City of Everett Zoning Code does <br />not list a specific parking requirement for health elubs. <br />Parking requirements for uses not apecified shall be determined <br />by the Planning Director based upon the requirements of the <br />proposed use. In order to determine the requirements the <br />applicant is asked to do a parking analysis deseribing the <br />f.unetions oecurring on the site and indicating the amount of <br />parking naela3 for each activity. This information will be <br />reviexpd hy the Planning Department and the City Traffic Engineer <br />and a de;.armination made as to Whether the parki7g proposed is <br />adequate for the use. <br />
